Job Description

We are a growing Manchester home repair business looking for an experienced lead carpenter to work and manage residential projects.

MUST:

Have carpentry experience.

Be able to work hands on with tools as needed.

Sitework/project management experience helpful.

Have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Have a valid driver's license, insured transportation & tools

Maintain safe & clean worksites

Responsibilities:

Train, instruct and mentor crew in any area needing improvement or growth.

Ensure all work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Hours:

We operate a M-F work schedule with a very rare weekend. Work hours are subject to change based on workload, weather and any site restrictions including customer needs.

Pay and benefits:

This role can include a company vehicle.

Pay to be based on experience.
