I was born and raised in Manchester, NH and have been involved in family businesses for most of my life. I am happily married to my wife Maddy (Madeline) and am blessed to have three adult children and seven grandchildren. Our family attends Manchester Christian Church and I try to bring my Christian values into my business with both my employees and our customers.

Rachel is Norm's daughter continuing the tradition of family owned businesses. She is responsible for keeping the office running, billing, and customer service. When Rachel is not working she is very busy with her three children.
